Which laptop is worth buying?

Hello. I thinking of buying a laptop for school, but I want to know if anybody had experiences with either one of these laptops. I want to use it for entertainment but if either one can run games like the orange box or something like that (but I'm not going to use it for much gaming since I have a decent desktop for it). Please tell me what you guys think.http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8907052%26type=product%26id=1213046783444orhttp://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=9864596Any advice would be greatly appriciated :).Which laptop is worth buying?
Well I have a xps m1530 and its great but it does have a faster cpu and much much better gpu. As long as you don't plan on gaming that one would be fine but don't expect new games to run well on the 8400gs.if your buying a dell you'll get a better deal at their website.the studio looks like a good laptop but not worth it if you can afford the xps, its basicly a xps with features cut out. Which laptop is worth buying?
I'd instead buy something like this. It's got similar specs and price, but a graphics card that is much more suitable for gaming, and you lose the stigmata of having a Dell. Asus laptops are so much better.

I don't like gaming on laptops because I'm not used to it. But it looks like a very good computer and it falls in my budget. I'll wait for a price drop on that item (since newegg likes to do that :P). Thank you for the link.Does anybody else have anybody else have some advice.
if you don't care about gaming then don't worry about the graphics card, but if you want to watch movies make sure it has a real gpu like a 8400gs or 2400. for most thing the cpu, ram and hdd size are what matters. don't get less than 2gb if it has vista and make sure it has a core 2 duo and not a celeron. the turions are ok but use more power and aren't as fast as the core 2. check how mant cells the battery has. you wont get much run time if it has less than 6 cells and powerful gpus will drain the battery really fast, so unless you are defently going to gaming on it don;t get more than a mid range gpu.
