Hey,So I have a bad habit of posting ''Building a rig'' threads, getting a bunch of help-full advice, and then deciding not to go through with it. But I have finally saved up a little bit, and I plan to actually go through with it this time. I've been looking around and found some parts, mostly stuff that I had decided on last time I did this. But before going through with a big purchase like this I have decided to ask for your help again! Now first off I should say that I'm looking to build a good pc, but not amazing. I'm looking to spend between $500-1000 (I already have my case, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.. I just need the guts). This pc is mainly for the new mmo coming out, Warhammer Online, which I know probably won't be an huge power grubbing game, but I already know my current pc won't run it happily.Anyway I just want to be able to run games on high with no problems (especially WAR).So the stuff I had picked out a couple months ago is probably outdated now but here it is:Video Card PCMotherboard(def not sure about the motherboard, since I went back and it said it was de-activated or something, so im not even sure if that's the same one.)RAM (Should I shoot for 4 gigs?)Power SupplyAnd as for the OS, I have XP but I am sorta interested in Vista. Not sure which version to get though, is it worth it now? Thanks so much to anyone who responds. I just want to make sure I get some advice from some pros before I buy anything. Building a PC (..again)
Well it seems great for WAR, and the only bad thing I could see is the RAM. I'm not to sure, but I remember hearing that they use one sided sticks, but dont take this as a fact. Realistically speaking though, I think the 8800 GT MIGHT start struggling by the end of the year with more current games comming out, but I dont think you should have too much of a problem.Building a PC (..again)

And will 2 gigs be good enough?
So I've pretty much decided on everything, I really just have one thing left. Should I Get vista? I mean if I already have XP, is it worth it to spend the extra money on vista? If so which one, 64? I really don't know what it's good for other than looks, I'm sure more than that. Thanks a lot.
