OMG OMG omg!! I HELP PLEASE!!!

Okay I deleted about 150GB of movies by accident and I was wondering is there a way I can get them back?OMG OMG omg!! I HELP PLEASE!!!
hahahahahahahaha are they in the recycle bin? if either A)it was too big to fit in the recycle bin or B) you emptied the recycle bin, im afraid they are gone forever. sorry...OMG OMG omg!! I HELP PLEASE!!!
Nope, gone foever. Unless you have Norton ghost or something like that. Though im probably wrong, i've never had to get anything back.
Also this might help....checked your recycle bin?

Never mind I got it back. PC Inspector saved me.

Remember not to press the delete key willy nilly, you never know what you might delete.

Theres tons of programs that do this file recovery, heres some I used I haven't had to use this program for a while, but it saved me when I had a folder that disappeared from a buggy hard drive. Its called getdataback. Its fairly aggressive, so its slow and takes a while to search for lost files.Another is bundled with Tuneup Utilities, which has a Undelete feature within the program. It only lists 20,000 files, while getdataback lists all them i think.this is a place to start...I would try getdataback first.... tuneup utilties is much faster though
