Mac disk space

Alright so check it: my Mac has only 10 GB left on the hard drive. I've been deleting stuff for quite a while and this is what I get. I do Believe it's at least a 60-80 gig hard drive. Does anyone have any clue how I can narrow down to my large files so that I may delete them and make space? It's running just a might bit slow.
