PC problems and Code 43

I was just playing WoW when all of a sudden my PC froze and the screen went all diferent colors. I restarted it and it started up but the color is all distorted and theres lines ans stuff across the screen. I know the monitor isn't the problem because I have my Xbox connected to it and that works just fine. I chhecked the device manager and it said that windows withheld loading the drivers for the video card because there was a problem. How do I fix the problem? IS the video card just dead? it said code 43 but I don't really know what that is. And if it helps i have a 8800gt video card.PC problems and Code 43
I got the same problem before... I fixed it by reducing the VGA clock RAM 8600gt (from 750mhz to 700mhz) with Riva Tuner...
