It's going to be pretty difficult to upgrade as new memory, CPU and graphics cards aren't going to fit :(
Come to think of it, there is an ASRock mobo which should afford a pretty limited upgrade path: allowing you to get a pcie graphics card while retaining the rest, but don't expect anything to run too well.
So im probley better off just getting a whole new computer?
I am an idiot and forgot to say that i don't want to upgrade this for gaming just to use as an everyday computing computer.

You can't really do much, all manufacturers like Dell, HP etc, lock their bioses so new CPUs arent compatible, the only thing you can do is get more RAM (check what the maximum the motherboard can handle)
