So Far Cry 2 is coming out soon and I doubt my Geforce 7600 GT videocard is enough to support it, Also considering PC games are only increasing in graphics then I think a much better graphics card would be in order. But here comes the dilemma. There are two types of computer compatible components that all need to be the same to work, AGP and PSI...I think.
Problem is I don't remember what type of those two computer ''intestines'' I have so I was wondering, Is there any way to check this cause I threw away the boxes that all the other components came in or am I pretty much in a little bit of trouble now?
And yes I will admit that I'm not all that technologicaly gifted when it come to computers so there's no need to point that out.

Wow, thanks this will help me a bunch.
I also now figured out it was AGP I had, now my Quest for a better graphics card can begin.
:P
Just wanted to add, so you dont drive yourself nuts, they dont really make graphics cards in AGP anymore. I think the 7000 series was the last to offer AGP cards, if you want to upgrade im afraid a new motherboard will be necessary.

Although I'd still just buy a new rig tbh :P
The other name you where trying to come up with was pci not psi that I know of.
