Monitor upgrade

Easy question for you monitor guys, should I get a Samsung 22'' 2253 as an upgrade from my HP 22'' (the older 22 inch lcd).I am searching for a clear picture, no ghosting, and vivid colors. Recommend me some others if you guys think there are better ones than the Samsung.Thanks ahead of time Monitor upgrade

It makes my old LCD look like crap (i have it dual display) and this one has so much better color. I also love that it has an HDMI so i can play my ps3 on it.
