Need advice on what motherboard to get.

Ok... heres my build... The board on there i was looking into getting but im not sure. I want the board to have PCI express 2.0... I was looking into asus board but there all crossfire from what i can tell and i dont see the point in getting a crossfire board with a nvidia card. do you plan on ever running dual cards? are you going to overclock? if you are only going to be running a single card any p45 mob is all you need, well really a p35 is fine and uses less power but since you want pcie2 its out of the question. I guess it dont matter as i doub't i will ever buy another gtx280... I dont really overclock much really. Just want a motherboard that will last me a good while as i dont plan to upgrade this build for atleast a year. How bout this board?
