Bump, and also, it's not overheating, the max temp it reaches is 81 degreesIs my GPU broken?
have u tried plugging it in the first card?
Have you ever run them with crysis on very high before? Because if you haven't, then the GPUs might not be able to do so. That being said, dual 8800 GTXs should run ANYTHING on very high, or at least high. Um, I have a 9800 GTX, and I cant' run crysis on very high for the life of me, so maybe you should just scale it back to HIGH. I'm not sure about the hardware manager because I've never had dual GPUs, but crysis on high is HOT!!!
25 fps is low foryour system specs, I would try both cards solo, try them one after another and make sure tey both work, then make sure your drivers are upto date, I dont have crysis (I know I know) so I will say this, My Radeon 4870 which is prety close to the same specs are your Nvidia gets 41fps in World In Conflict with everything high, so your sli cards should own. I'll see if I can find another answer for you.
when crysis came out, there was no graphic card in the market even in sli could run crysis at very high settings at decent framerates and i think the 8800 gtx was also available at that time. the only graphic card that i know that can run crysis at very high settings is the gtx 280 in sli but i could be wrong.

Did you reboot after switching the monitor? It needs to be detected at startup before it can display an image.
