Upgrading my pooter

It's about time I upgraded my computer. More or less I need to upgrade all of the parts. I think my PSU is fine at 560W, correct me if I'm wrong. My CPU is an AMD 3200+, obviously needs to go. I have a single stick of 1 gig ram. My GPU is an NVidia 7800GTX which has held up for quite awhile (in terms of running new games, not running them well). I'm really wondering how people think I should go about upgrading. Whether or not I can plop $400 down on a few parts and hold out for another year, or if I should scrap everything except for my PSU, Cooler Master fan, and case. I'm guessing that by now it's probably worth it to buy a new budget GPU than too grab a second 7800. And finally, I'm interested in where my motherboard stands right now. It's a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI mobo. Thanks for any responses! Also worth noting that I have a 1680X1050 monitor. So I generally have to lower other settings to max out the resolution. Get a new motherboard, cpu, ram and stick your 7800gtx in there until you get more money to upgrade.
