If $150 is your budget, it sucks that you have an intel board. I know you can get an x2 5000 + an hd 3850 for $150. As far as I know, there is no way to get a decent intel chip + a decent mid-range gpu for that price.
Too bad to burst your bubble, but u can't get a decent processor from intel with that budget. Processor: AMD X2 5400 B.E. 2.8ghz Video Card: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce 9500GT For gaming: PNY Nvidia Geforce 9600GT (u need an exta 20 dollars for this) Hope that Helps.
