Check this for a list of NVidia ceritified PSU's for different SLI combinations. The lowest for 960SLI is 800W. New SLI Power Supply Help
It depends on the specifications of your machine and how much power output your components in your machine are using personally I get a PSU of around 200 or 300 volts more than what I am currently using so that way there is always room for adding and upgrading components.
The Corsair TX-750W will be enough for 2 GTX260, but if you want 1000W, get the Corsair HX-1000W.
Whats your CPU?
my processor is an e8400, stock, and i have one disc crive and one hdd, but i have an antec 900, so lots of fans,i bought an antec 850w quattro, i had a 600 and it ran the comp, but not the fans, so i figured this should be enough right?

So it should run great.
