Hard drive question 1.5 gb/s vs 3.0 gb/s

I am building a PC and I currently have a 1.5 gb/s SATA hard drive and I'm unsure of what, if any, performance increase I'll see from upgrading to a 3.0 gb/s hard drive.Hard drive question 1.5 gb/s vs 3.0 gb/s
Not a whole lot... if your current drive is pretty old, you may see an increase, but it be more from just being a better drive than the interface speed. Hard drive question 1.5 gb/s vs 3.0 gb/s
My Vista score Processor: 5.3RAM: 5.9Graphics: 5.9Gaming Graphics: 5.6Primary Hard Disk: 5.8 (before... 5.6 with SATA and 5.8 after switching it to SATA-II) I just take out the jumper in HDD after that the score went up 0.2 poin...So Vista says it faster, but I don't really notice the different...
