Connecting graphic card to PSU?

I have a 450W PSU and I'm planning on getting a BFG 8800GT 512MB card.

The problem I have is using this:

I know the 6 pin end goes into the PCI-E card but where does the two other 4 pin ends go??

I have cables coming out of the PSU and into the HD and also the CD drive. and out of HD and CD drive i have a 4 pin thing coming out of it. I'm bad at explaining stuff so I'll just show it to you.

This is the one to the HD:

and this is to my CD Drive:

can I just connect the two 4 pins to those?

Connecting graphic card to PSU?
No one can help me?Connecting graphic card to PSU?
yes you can connect these 2 cable and plug the Six-pin end into the graphics card, btw what brand is your PSU ? you must have at least 22 Amps on the 12V rails otherwise you are endangering your PC !

It says on the PSU:

Model: ATX-PC
450W

and theres information on the side which ill take a pic of
it's a generic PSU i don't like those they could kill ur PC ! and for the pic upload it as quick as possible !
If the PSU is so old or cheap and generic enough to not have a dedicated 6 pin PCI-E connector (let alone 2 of them) I'd have some serious reservations about continuing to use it. Consider purchasing a new 600+ watt PSU from a reputable brand like ABS, Antec, Silverstone, Thermaltake, etc.
Get a Corsair HX520w, you won't regret it. If you need extra power, the HX620w is enough for a HD4870 X2.
Had to write the damn thing on paper.

first line: +3.3v - +5v - +12v
second: 28A - 45A - 18A
third: 230W - 216W
Dude, NEW PSU, now!! Don't plug the card in there, get the HX520w!
So I should get a PSU with atleast 500W ??
I would say at least, 550w.
I would say at least, 550w.
Can I run a BFG 8800GT 512MB card or do I HAVE to buy a new PSU with atleast 550w?

I'm thinking about what I said and a 550w may be cutting it a little close. Maybe, you can list your entire system spec so we can help you further. It's not just the card we're concerned about.
3.40Ghz
2 GB Ram
Intel 945PL-S3 chipset

OMG, a HX520 is OVERKILL for a single 8800GT. It's not about the Watts, it's about the amperage. A system with a single 8800GT at LOAD wouldn't even consume 400 watts, MUCH less. You need another PSU, yes, the HX520w is a high quality modular PSU, get it.
This computer stuff is a pain in the @$$ , everything is so expensive X_X

Thanks for all the help !!

The hx520 is 99 after MIR at newegg. I just named that one because it's quality stuff. There are other great PSUs that could be cheaper, but I can't help you further, sorry. Good luck, keep in mind, amperage on 12v rails is important, and it should be a good brand.
Id get the OCZ sXs 600W... its like $50 on sale and has been powering my 4850 and rest o comp fine for like a month now.
What Helbrec said. That's a great PSU for that money.
Get the Corsair VX-450W.
