Where's the temp sensor?

My BIOS on my new rig is telling me my CPU is 127 deg Celcius and all my shutdown temps are set at 419 deg F. Given that I'm not baking bread with my rig, I assume (as do responses to a previous post here) that I have a temp sensor malfunction. I have no idea where the sensor is, or what unit I would replace to get a functional one. Can I purchase an add-on unit of some sort to straighten this out? My budget is tight tight tight, it took me 8 months of saving to build this thing one component at a time so all my warranties are expired. The system works fine for now, but I've been hesitant to put a heavy load on it until this is resolved. Thanks.Where's the temp sensor?
no way to repace it since it practically built into the cpu...try a program like realtemp or speedfan and see if they are still highWhere's the temp sensor?
You can see if there is newer BIOS available for your board, that might fix it.What motherboard is it?
It's an abit P35 pro. (ATX)
