Screen shot servers?

hi, i'm playing UT3(for those of u who don't know, Unreal Tournement 3) and i've been wondering about something. are there any servers , in any games that are dedicated to making cool screen shots? let me explain: you would join a game, and one person would be telling everyone where to go, like a director, and the players wouldn't be playing the game, they would be following his orders. an example could be like a execution scence. 5 men would be crouching, and five men would have sniper rifles from behind them, and shot one after another..... get it? and while this is happening 'camera men'(other players) would be talking screen shots of it. the pic's could be used on profiles, backrounds, all kind of stuff. tell me if i'm crazy, but i think it's a good idea.
