They should except Im not to sure about the RAM. Make sure you have a good psu for the card.
Yeah your going to need a 650 watt power supply or greater with one 2x3-pin PCIe power connector and one 2x4-pin power connector is required..
Are you going to be using 64-bit OS with that 4GB ram?What PSU are you going to be using for the HD 4870X2?
