Dual Monitor Support for 9600GT

My friend is trying to set up dual monitors. One of them is actually a plasma screen TV that we've been trying to connect using s-video, but even though the cable connects to the output and input the TV receives no signal and the PC doesn't detect it through the Nvidia Control Panel. He's using a 9600GT with the latest drivers. Also, HDMI is not an option.Dual Monitor Support for 9600GT
bump.
Why is HDMI not an option? Normally what you would use in this case is a DVI to HDMI adapter.

Check that the tv supports PC input
Did you restart the PC with the s-video connector connected? You might have to try a different (older) driver version.
